South African musician Vusi Nova briefly kidnapped in Johannesburg


His record label Muthaland Entertainment has confirmed to EWN that he is now at the Brixton Police Station. The country woke up to the news that Nova, whose real name is Vusi Nongxo, had been kidnapped during the hijacking. The record label's Sewela Dikgale told EWN that a gun was sacked before the hijackers sped off. Nova was reportedly found by Brixton police.
