Stephen Curry Could Miss Entire Remainder Of 19-20 Season

10 November 2019

Not long after the report circulated around the Internet, Logan Murdock of NBC Sports Bay Area shared that the "Warriors are strongly refuting the report that Stephen Curry be out for the season".

Per a report from Ric Bucher at Bleacher Report, "A team source says the fracture was worse than originally thought, and it's unlikely that he plays again this season".

The power forward received a ton of respect from Steph Curry who's recovering from a broken left hand and watched Paschall's greatness from the comfort of his own home.

"That's complete hogwash", Letourneau was told. "There's no reason to believe right now that he can't play this season".

While Bucher's report could be proven untrue depending on how Curry goes about rehab, this is certainly cause for concern if you're a Warriors fan. At that time, the team announced it would update his status in three months, which could have put Curry back on the court around the All-Star Game. Among the other challenges, they lost Kevin Durant to cost-free company and Klay Thompson is out for the period thanks to a torn ACL endured in the Finals. They have gone 1-4 since his injury, most recently a 119-125 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday night despite D'Angelo Russell's 52 point performance. This does not mean, however, that he will not be healthy enough after three months.
