Final Fantasy XIV: Shadowbringers is due out for PlayStation 4 and PC on July 2. And so did Barrett. It's best to save limit breaks for when bosses or enemies are staggered for insane damage modifiers. He announced the game will feature a hybrid gameplay system with real time action as well as strategic command based combat. The sci-fi game, which can be played with up to 3 players in a team, has been announced for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. Final Fantasy VIII Remastered, as the name suggests, is the Remastered version of the classic and as per Square Enix, has been one of the most fan-requested games. There'll also be a mobile release, giving even more players access to this upcoming remaster. Whether Square Enix was waiting for the right time to make the announcement, or if there were some underlying technical issues is hard to say. Never thought we'd see a bit of Bethesda shining through in a Final Fantasy game.
