Lawyers acting for Depp denied that their client has ever abused Heard, saying that Heard's allegations against Depp are "categorically" false, and the claims are simply part of an "elaborate hoax" to generate positive publicity for Heard and advance her career.
"James Franco" Depp is said to have repeatedly shouted at Heard, before continuing a stream of verbal abuse from the jet's toilet, where he fell asleep. "I anxious that Johnny was in a blacked-out state and unaware of the damage he was doing and that he could actually kill me".
According to the documents, Heard alleges that Depp would "become a totally different person, often delusional and violent". We called that version of Johnny, "the Monster".
Heard details another incident that allegedly occurred in March 2015 where she admits to punching her then-husband in order to protect her sister, Whitney, whom she thought Depp would throw down the stairs. He then "taunted me by yelling out the name 'James Franco, '" she said.
"I punched Johnny in the face to draw his attention away from her", Heard said in court documents. "Johnny continued to scream obscenities until he went into the plane bathroom and passed out locked in the bathroom for the remainder of the flight".More news: Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane reveals who can replace Cristiano Ronaldo
In the chilling video obtained by DailyMail.com, a visibly distressed Heard recalled an alleged physical altercation between herself and the actor in May 2016, just days before she filed for divorce after 15 months of marriage.
In a newly-released video of that deposition, she is seen crying and struggling to find words to describe the alleged beating. But the case has taken a new turn after the Aquaman movie actress has reportedly accused Depp of several cases of abuse like 'strangling, ' 'kicking, ' and 'head-butting'. All the charges against her were dropped and Van Ree said in 2016 that Heard never domestically abused her.
Rowling concluded, "I accept that there will be those who are not satisfied with our choice of actor in the title role".
'I start crying and I, he approaches me. grabs my head, takes a fist full of my hair and said, "I hit your eye, huh? Based on our understanding of the circumstances, the filmmakers and I are not only comfortable sticking with our original casting, but genuinely happy to have Johnny playing a major character in the movies". Because I loved Johnny, I had believed his multiple promises that he could and would get better.
Heard's personal account was graphic and painful to read - but, according to Depp's attorney, it was complete fiction. "Heard has chose to concoct new fake claims of abuse", Johnny's attorney Adam Waldman stated, via The Blast.More news: Blazers Outlast Thunder 104-99, Take Game 1 in Portland
"Many at Warner Bros. wish that Rowling hadn't come out so strongly behind Depp, because having made her opinion so public boxes them into a corner", a source said.
In the 2-minute snippet from the deposition, a clearly upset Heard begins to describe the fight that led up to her striking the actor.
The 55-year-old actor is now pursuing legal action against his ex-wife - whom he was married to for just over a year before filing for divorce in May 2016 - in a $50 million defamation lawsuit after she previously accused him of domestic abuse.More news: Worknesh Degefa and Lawrence Cherono win Boston Marathon
