Giannulli, a social media influencer with millions of followers on YouTube and Instagram, attracted further scrutiny this week with a video she posted before she began the fall semester a year ago, saying she didn't care about school and was just there to experience the game days and the "partying".

USC's Board of Trustees is reportedly not involved in determining whether the students affected by the scam will keep their spots at the college, that decision lies with the University's President.

As reported by Today, this nationwide college admissions cheating scandal, which has reportedly resulted in kids being accepted to prestigious universities like Yale, Stanford, and Georgetown, is the "largest college admissions prosecution by the Justice Department in history".

In a press conference, prosecutors said they have not charged any students yet. What's more disturbing is how these entitled kids robbed spots from hardworking, honest, and ethical students - and that's totally not cool for school.

Representatives for Loughlin and Giannulli, did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

On Tuesday, Loughlin was among a list of 50 people who have been indicted as part of an alleged nationwide scheme, according to a release from the U.S. Attorney's Office in MA.
