R. Kelly's attorney responds to allegations made in docu-series

"Please come forward. There is nothing that can be done to investigate these allegations without the cooperation of victims and witnesses", Foxx said.

R. Kelly is reportedly under investigation in the state of Georgia.

Authorities in Fulton County, Georgia are also pursuing charges against the singer after his manager was caught on tape threatening the parents of one of his alleged victims, Joycelyn Savage.

The Savage family said they have been unable to reach Joycelyn Savage for some time after associating with the singer. Angelo Clary believes that his daughter moved in with Kelly when she was 18 and the family hasn't heard from her since 2016.

"We hope that it will turn into a fruitful investigation and it will result in the return of Joycelyn Savage to her family or, at the very least, that she start opening continuous conversations and interactions with her family like she had before she met Mr. Robert Sylvester Kelly", Griggs told PEOPLE on Wednesday. She has been in touch with families from the docu-series who are looking for their loved ones.

Kelly has not commented on the latest allegations made in the series but his attorney said the allegations are false, calling this another round of stories.

Kelly's Chicago-based lawyer, Steve Greenberg, dismissed the claims raised in the series in an interview with Billboard, casting them as "another round of stories" used to "fill reality TV time". There are no photos of him with these women.

Investigators' quieries come as the Lifetime series adds a new dimension to the sexual abuse allegations Kelly has faced for the better part of his almost 30-year career.

The singer has long since dodged conviction, getting acquited of charges of child pornography back in 2008.

In addition, TMZ reports investigators have been trying to connect with other others who were living in Kelly's former Atlanta home, and are interested in any knowledge of what happened inside the home. The series accuses the singer of having sex with underage girls, being physically abusive, and running a sex cult.

Kelly has repeatedly denied all allegations against him. I'm an open book!
