The historic first meeting between a sitting USA president and and North Korea's leader will take place Tuesday at 9 a.m. when Trump and Kin will meet alone with only translators in the room. "We never knew much about the North Korean regime and it's hard to distinguish what's true and what's false".
But he added: "In the end, that doesn't matter".
"I think that very quickly I'll know that something good is going to happen", Trump said in Canada where we met leaders of other G7 economies.
South Korean news agency, Yonhap reported that Kim said in English, "Nice to meet you, Mr. President".

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) said Mr Trump had also accepted President Halimah Yacob's invitation to make a state visit to Singapore in November to attend the 6th Asean-US Summit and 13th East Asia Summit.
Pompeo spoke as top officials from the two countries continued negotiations in Singapore ahead of the meeting between Trump and Kim. Pompeo held firm to Trump's position that sanctions will remain in place until North Korea denuclearizes - and said they would even increase if diplomatic discussions did not progress positively.
"I've been to North Korea six times".
The two clasped hands for a long while as they posed for photos in front of a row of USA and North Korean flags.
