Adult film workers slam Giuliani for Stormy Daniels comment

10 June 2018

President Trump said Friday that he doesn't take issue with the lack of respect expressed this week for adult-film star Stormy Daniels by his personal attorney Rudolph W. Giuliani.

Giuliani's comments also drew a heated response from Daniels' attorney, Michael Avenatti, who called for Trump to immediately fire Giuliani.

Since March, Daniels has been discussing what she says happened between herself and Trump, arguing that the non-disclosure agreement Cohen had her sign in October 2016 was void because it was missing Trump's signature.

"I don't believe Mrs. Trump has ever discussed her thoughts on anything with Mr. Giuliani", Melania Trump's spokeswoman told CNN in a statement.

Daniels has said she had sex with the Trump in 2006 when he was married.

Daniels's former attorney, Keith Davidson, has come under fire from Avenatti and Daniels in recent weeks. Davidson has denied any wrongdoing in connection with his representation of Daniels and McDougal.

"I don't regret saying it because I believe it", he said.

"The disclosure of any information to Mr. Cohen regarding Ms. Clifford's contemplated action was a clear violation of Mr. Davidson's duty of loyalty and obligation to maintain Ms. Clifford's client confidences", according to the complaint, which was filed by Clifford's current lawyer, Michael Avenatti.

The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court against Davidson and Cohen, claims the two lawyers "hatched a plan" and "colluded" together to get Daniels on Fox News and deny her alleged affair with Trump.

With a cameo by FLOTUS Melania Trump among others, Cohen later told his "pal" Davidson that "the wise men all believe the story is dying and don't think it's smart for her to do any interviews". "Let her do her thing but no interviews at all with anyone".

"There is a way to just swat away questions and politely answer questions, and then there's a way to get into your monster truck and drive over a little auto and crush it and go back", Scarborough said.

Trump in May admitted that he had reimbursed Cohen for $130,000 in hush money paid to Daniels to stop her from going public.

After several messages from Cohen asking Davidson to call him, he texted: "This is no good".

"These text messages show that the prior denials by Mr. Trump and Mr. Cohen relating to what Mr. Trump knew and about the honesty of my client were absolute lies", said Michael Avenatti, Clifford's embattled attorney.
