Fortnite gets new burst assault rifles in tomorrow's patch

15 May 2018

Another week, another new set of challenges to get your teeth into for season 4 of Fortnite Battle Royale. From new skins, back blings and gliders to emotes, sprays and pickaxes, there is plenty of incentive provided by the Season 4 Battle Pass for players to work to rise through the tiers.

Currently, the hatch seems to disguise only a deep hole, as discovered by one Redditor attempting to solve the mystery by using the game's Replay function to look beneath it, but clearly Epic has something up it's sleeve for the locked shutter.

Now for the more hard challenges for Week 2 of Season 4. Then they can use Thanos' powerful punch, jumping slam attack, and beam to take out players, each kill replenishing their beefed-up shields (but not their HP); if Thanos gets taken out, he'll drop the gauntlet on the spot and the race to claim it will begin again.

There is plenty new gear and items to unlock for season 4, as well as new blockbuster challenges (which task you with completing all the weekly challenges), so there is lots to make these challenges worth your time.
