Dark Souls: Remastered Delayed on Nintendo Switch

17 April 2018

Hopefully it's not so serious that we have to wait several months before we get to play Dark Souls on the move.

Announced earlier this year during a Nintendo Direct, Dark Souls: Remastered - along with the Solaire of Astora amiibo - was poised to arrive on May 25.

The PlayStation 4 system, Xbox One, and STEAM versions of "Dark Souls: Remastered" will still be released on May 25, 2018.

It looks like Dark Souls fans on the Nintendo Switch will have longer to prepare to die, as Bandai Namco has just announced that Dark Souls: Remastered has been delayed.

The Dark Souls Remastered Switch delay will also hold up the Solaire amiibo set to release alongside the game.

The PS4, Xbox One and PC/Steam versions are still on track for May 25th. The company is known for creating and publishing numerous industry's top video game franchises, including PAC-MAN™, TEKKEN™, SOULCALIBUR™, DARK SOULS™, NARUTO™, NARUTO SHIPPUDEN™, Dragon Ball, GALAGA™, RIDGE RACER™ and ACE COMBAT™. Thankfully, the Dark Souls Twitter account has put our fears to bed.
