Enzo Amore Comments On Ronda Rousey To WWE Rumors

12 January 2018

We are interested in her as a human being even.

Rousey made a name for herself as the most dominant women's fighter in the UFC, but lost her last two matches and has hinted at retirement. "I think she respects what we do enough to know that it's hard".

The Rock raised Rousey's arm in celebration at the end of the segment held at WrestleMania in 2015.

Enzo's comments came after Rousey was spotted dining with WWE executive and Superstar Triple H on Tuesday, further fueling speculation a WWE run could be in her future.

Many signs point to her having a life in the wrestling ring, which seems a no-brainer for both parties, assuming that Rousey wants to keep up with the physical rigors of professional wrestling. But there's a lot of things to walk through. "We have nothing to announce at this time, but she's a huge fan of what we do and she's incredibly interested in what we do and the opportunities that lie there", said the wrestling icon who is also the husband of Stephanie McMahon, daughter of WWE chairman Vince McMahon.

Talk of Ronda Rousey joining the WWE has been filling the rumour mill for years now, but it appears that the stars have finally aligned.

Rousey, a Bronze Medalist in Judo at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, wrapped up her career in mixed martial arts after a humiliating loss to Amanda Nunes on December 30, 2016.

The WWE recently announced it will hold its first women's Royal Rumble match (an over-the-top-rope battle royale) at the January 28 Royal Rumble pay-per-view in Philadelphia.

"We are talking to Ronda, as we've been for a while..."

If it isn't, she and Triple H are certainly getting chummy.
