DeShone Kizer Exits Game Due to Migrane, Kevin Hogan Stars At Quarterback

The Cleveland Browns might have to play the rest of their Week 2 game against the Baltimore Ravens without rookie quarterback DeShone Kizer. Kizer left with what was being called a migraine, which is a bit concerning considering all of the head injuries that happen in the NFL. The milestone came on the first play of Cleveland's second possession, a 9-yard carry by Isaiah Crowell.

Kevin Hogan replaced him and guided a touchdown drive on his first possession - the first points scored against Baltimore's defense this season. Hogan pulled the Browns to within 14-7 with 4:46 left in the half with a 25-yard touchdown pass to David Njoku. But we do know Kizer took some big shots early in this game, and in last weekend's game as well.
